I highly recommend Payag N' Kapitan in Siquijor! We arrived late in the evening after our last ferry trip. The location is great, just a stone's throw away from the port and near the Boulevard. The staff are extremely accommodating and kind, catering to all our requests. The room is unique with a minimalistic cabin design, and it's clean and well-ventilated. The bathroom has good water pressure and is superbly maintained. I also enjoyed the company of the friendly dogs and cats. Can't wait to come back!

Located 4 minutes from the pier, perfect for early ferry trips to other islands. Cute private shower outside, no heater needed. Delicious free breakfast with pancakes and bacon and egg sandwich. Friendly staff and great hospitality. Affordable motorbike rental. a down-to-earth and enjoyable stay.

The location near the port is very convenient, especially if you have an early ferry to catch. It's just a short walk away, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel. You won't have to worry about transportation or getting stranded.

Some noise from animals and scooters can disturb your sleep, especially if you have a room next to the street. The constant barking of dogs, crowing of roosters, and the sound of passing scooters can be disruptive at times.

The rooms at Payag n' Kapitan are cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. I loved the private balcony in the double room, it was a great spot to enjoy my morning coffee. The free WiFi was a nice bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The room had a desk, which came in handy for catching up on work. The bed linen in every room was clean and comfortable.

Personally, I didn't find the tea/coffee maker in the double room necessary, but others might enjoy it.

Super welcoming owner, unique and cozy Filipino rooms, cool outdoor bath, big mirror in the kubo, tasty coffee. Excellent staff, great conversations, awesome karaoke, local festival experience. Down to earth property, homy and relaxing rooms, hospitable manager and staff, good breakfast and coffee, recommend the place. Highly recommended, very accommodating staff, secure and accessible location, unique cabin-like room, clean with good ventilation. Can't wait to go back and see their pets.
